Rosi’s is designed for dancers, choreographers, instructors and small groups who need a beautiful, private space to rehearse. The room is perfect for solos, duets, trios, small-group rehearsals, choreography sessions, private lessons, auditions, content creation and more. Our space also doubles as a micro event space for under 50 guests.

Not at all! Rosi’s Rehearsal Room is an independent rental space and welcomes dancers and instructors from all studios, teams and organizations. You do not need to be affiliated with any particular studio to book.

Absolutely. Independent instructors, choreographers and coaches are welcome to rent the space or work with dancers who have reserved it. We love being a neutral space where dancers can get the extra practice or instruction they need.

Do you have Marley flooring?

Yes! Rosi’s Rehearsal Room features high-grade, professional Marley dance flooring with a realistic wood-grain finish. So while our floors have the warm, polished look of hardwood—perfect for photos, parties, showers, and other events—they are actually designed specifically with dancers and movement in mind.

Our flooring features a slip-resistant vinyl Marley surface with shock-absorbing rubber underlayment, creating a sprung-floor alternative that helps reduce impact and fatigue while providing the support, stability, and energy return dancers need.

It’s comfortable on the joints, durable, hygienic, easy to clean, and suitable for a variety of dance styles, rehearsals, fitness, and movement-based activities.

In short: it looks like beautiful wood flooring for your event, but performs like professional studio flooring for your dancers.

Yes! Your choreography is safe at Rosi’s. We have one outward-facing camera used strictly to monitor the parking lot and gate access. It does not record or capture activity inside the rehearsal space. Guests are even welcome to unplug the camera during their reservation for additional peace of mind—we simply ask that it be plugged back in before locking up so we can monitor gate access for the next client.

Yes! You’re welcome to use your own music during your rehearsal using our bluetooth speaker named “Monster”. The room also has a TV with casting capability, which is especially helpful for reviewing choreography, videos and performance footage.

Yes. If you need the room regularly for lessons, choreography or competition preparation, contact us about recurring reservations and multi-hour practice packages. These can be a great option for dancers who need consistent rehearsal time.

If the room is available, absolutely! We frequently post last-minute openings on our social media pages, and occasionally those openings are offered at a discounted rate. Send us a DM to see what’s available.

We simply ask that you leave the room the way you found it. Please take your belongings, dispose of any trash, return anything you've moved and make sure the room is ready for the next dancer.

Yes! In addition to rehearsals, Rosi’s can accommodate select small events, meetings, workshops, photo/video sessions and micro-events. Contact us with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know whether the space is a good fit.
